By accessing or using RentBlur, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for maintaining the condition of rented items. Owners must ensure items are safe to use, and renters must return items in the same condition as received.

3. Booking and Payments

All payments must be made through the RentBlur platform. We hold funds in escrow to protect both parties. Cancellations are subject to our standard policy outlined in the Help Center.

4. Prohibited Items

Users may not list illegal, hazardous, or restricted items. RentBlur reserves the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

RentBlur is a marketplace and is not liable for disputes between users, though we may provide mediation services to resolve issues.
